Rod joined Blair Blanchard Stapleton Limited in April 1999 after spending several years in commercial real estate with a national firm. Rod specializes in Commercial Real Estate in Burlington. In the past 13 years Rod has been involved in more then 1,000 transactions for over 6,000,000 sq.ft. Prior to Rod’s involvement in real estate he worked as a property manager which gives him extensive experience and knowledge in construction, HVAC and operations of a building. Rod graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours degree in Bachelor of Applied Science.

Andrea recently joined the Blair Blanchard Stapleton team in July 2011.  She has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2000.  After graduating from the Schulich School of Business with an MBA in 2003, she worked at a global real estate investment management company in Toronto for six years, initially in Acquisitions and then in Asset Management, managing office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties for primarily institutional owners.  Most recently, she worked as a Transaction Manager for a Burlington-based apartment brokerage, where she was integral in completing the largest sale of an apartment complex in Canadian history.

Diane joined Blair Blanchard Stapleton in January 2011 as the Office Manager.  Diane has worked in commercial real estate for almost 10 years as a researcher, deal secretary and office administrator.  Prior to that, Diane had an extensive career as both a General Manager and Human Resources Coordinator with several high profile retail organizations including Chapters/Indigo, Eddie Bauer and Bata Retail.  Diane has a Business Administration (Marketing) diploma from Sheridan College.
