Blair Blanchard Stapleton Limited ("BBS") was founded July 1, 1995, by three Hamilton-based I. C. & I. real estate brokers: David Blanchard, Gary Stapleton and Drew Blair.

The intention of the three partners was to form an elite group of professional salespeople qualified to lead the I. C. & I. industry in the Greater Bay area, by providing an expert investment consulting and marketing approach to I. C. & I. real estate.

Our firm has ten full-time I.C. & I. sales professionals, well-known in the marketplace, with a combined experience of more than 100 years in industrial sales and leasing, land sales, office leasing, retail and investment real estate. Our expertise covers all aspects of the real estate industry including urban planning, financing, appraisal, design-build, construction, realty tax assessment and property management.

Our client base ranges from the small, single-user property, to medium-size industry and the Fortune 500 firms, along with extensive dealings in the financial community.

In April, 1999, we expanded and announced the opening of our second brokerage office, located in Burlington.  This office provides a full service, handling all areas of commercial sales and leasing.

It is essential in today's market to be able to offer a complete package when dealing with non-residential properties. The brokerage firm and sales agents must have the ability to coordinate all aspects of a potential sale/lease transaction in order to facilitate the deals and their competition. We at BBS, continually update our knowledge of construction methods, costs, zoning by-laws, building codes, and the local political environment, which can be critical to the timing required to take a project from the initial stage to the finished facility.
