Kevin joined Blair Blanchard Stapleton Limited in early 1999 with Rod Wright to open the Burlington office. Bill's background consists of over twenty-five years of experience in real estate financing and investment with financial intermediaries at a national level. Formerly President of a regional trust and loan company, Fidelity Mortgage/Equitable Trust, and a national trust company, the International Trust Company. Both of these companies had a heavy involvement in real estate lending and investment. Bill concentrates on commercial, investment and industrial real estate with particular reference to the marketing of problem properties, and work out situations for institutions.

Rod joined Blair Blanchard Stapleton Limited in April 1999 after spending several years in commercial real estate with a national firm. Rod specializes in Commercial Real Estate in Burlington. In the past 12 years Rod has been involved in more then 900 transactions for over 6,000,000 sq.ft. Prior to Rod’s involvement in real estate he worked as a property manager which gives him extensive experience and knowledge in construction, HVAC and operations of a building. Rod graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honors degree in Bachelor of Applied Science.
