Construced in 1850 the original Victorian style brick structure consists of 3500 sf per plate, 2 stories and approx 3000 sf in basement. Prisoner cells are still in tact. One 2 storey addtion in 1950, 1130 sf per plate and one addition in 1964 on the ground floor and 1850 sf on the second.
